Prepared by Nawang Thartho with additional advice from Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Spiritual Director of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), and Geshe Nawang Dakpa, astrologer lama of FPMT's Tse Chen Ling center in San Francisco.
